PlanBuilder connects mainframe router information to the document requirements for the process plan. It allows copying or linking of previously created process plans to a new part, as well as creates family parts process plan templates. PlanBuilder creates a process plan database by allowing data entry of pertinent information for each step in the process. It automatically generates the process plan or its framework for all operations at once. Additionally, PlanBuilder allows integration of linked or embedded graphics, linked standard sheets, spec sheets and integration of hyper-linking.
