Each Tool Vault can contain up to 12 drawers, each drawer can handle 20 controlled tool bins. One cabinet can control and distribute up to 240 different types of tools and inventory thousands of individual items. Units with standard capacity (220 lbs.) and extra capacity (550 lbs.) drawers are available. The deep-drawn drawers can be divided and sub-divided into many different compartment sizes. |

The heavy duty Tool Vault drawer system can be configured with 20 distinct bin sizes that can hold up to 550 pounds of tooling. Drawer depths can be user determined and mixed and matched for optimal tool handling. Tool Vault has the ability to utilize one PC to manage up to sixteen tool distribution units. The ToolManager Lite™ software included with Tool Vault allows users to implement full tool issue and return. Inventory can be accurately tracked and viewed. Purchase requisitions can be cut from shortage reports for your existing purchasing system. Or the fully functional purchasing system can be used to EDI or fax orders to your vendors. The optional ToolManagerTM software adds many other tooling related functions including gage management, tool list management, kitting, tool graphics, and much, much more. |
